14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial MomentumTrackr subscription purchase. Eligible requests submitted within this window are reviewed in good faith and generally honoured. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Renewal charges may also be reviewed for refund when reported promptly after the renewal date. Decisions consider account usage, abuse prevention, and Paddle's Merchant of Record processing rules.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of two ways:
- Email support@momentumtrackr.com from the email used for billing, with a short note describing the reason. We typically respond within two business days.
- Visit paddle.net and use the email address you paid with to manage your purchase directly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are securely processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for purchases on MomentumTrackr. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Bank processing time can vary.
Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation on its own is not a refund — to also receive a refund for the most recent charge, submit a request within the 14-day window described above.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund process, or violations of our Terms of Service. Outside the 14-day window, requests relating to verified technical failures or billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, charges after a confirmed cancellation) are still reviewed in good faith.
