How we approach refunds
MomentumTrackr offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Because the product is digital and access is granted immediately, we do not guarantee refunds for every case. We do, however, review every request fairly and respond promptly.
Cases we prioritize
- Technical failures. If a defect prevents you from using a paid feature for a sustained period and we are unable to resolve it.
- Billing errors. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges after a verified cancellation.
- Accidental renewals reported quickly. If you contact us within a few days of an unintended renewal, before meaningful use of the new period, we will usually refund.
Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless one of the situations above applies.
How to request a refund
Email support@momentumtrackr.com with the email used for billing and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within two business days.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time can vary.
