Terms of Service

MomentumTrackr is a portfolio tracking and intelligence platform for investors following U.S. financial markets (NYSE and NASDAQ). It helps you organize holdings, observe momentum, and read concise market context. Additional regional market support is planned over time.

MomentumTrackr provides informational and analytical tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not act as a broker, dealer, or investment advisor. Nothing in the product, including momentum indicators, signals, AI commentary, or daily briefs, constitutes a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for understanding the risks involved. Consider consulting a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

You may use core MomentumTrackr features anonymously. An account is required only for paid plans and account-level features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, taxes, and invoices where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access remains available until the end of the current billing period. See our Billing Policy and Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Resell access or share paid accounts with third parties.
• Misrepresent MomentumTrackr as offering brokerage services or regulated investment advice.

Where applicable, MomentumTrackr stores portfolio holdings locally in your browser rather than on our servers. This is by design, to keep sensitive financial data on your device. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers, or using a private window may remove this data. We are not responsible for portfolio data lost through local browser actions.

We work to keep MomentumTrackr reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. To the extent permitted by law, MomentumTrackr and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including investment losses.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and account-level data. Active paid subscriptions should be cancelled separately before deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

MomentumTrackr is operated by JSK Consulting, with John Smith Kristiansen as the legal sole business operator. The service is produced in Norway and these terms are governed by Norwegian law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts in Norway, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate. Continued use of MomentumTrackr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
